TRINITAPOLI..:: (13 luglio 2008) - «Top secret» negli
Istituti scolastici non solo della nascente Sesta Provincia Pugliese ma un
po’ in tutta Italia. Ha quel non so che di «antispionaggio», «agenzie di
sicurezza nazionale» ecc.… «Eppure non si tratta di attentati o di carpire
un segreto del migliore amico di banco con cui si è studiato in questi
ultimi cinque anni, ma semplicemente quello di confrontarsi anche dopo
l’esame di stato e fare un minimo di rapporto con i voti ottenuti durante
gli anni scolastici e quelli ottenuti in questa fase finale». Questo è stata
l’intervista ad uno degli studenti che si sono maturati al termine di questo
anno scolastico.
Un tempo si partecipava alla “gioia” e al “dolore” degli amici della stessa
classe. Oggi, si deve pensare solo a se stessi e alla propria famiglia.
Anzi, la famiglia deve essere all’oscuro di tutto. Non deve e non può essere
informata sul voto finale del proprio figlio. E’ lo studente che, dopo aver
pagato ben 15,00 Euro di tasse, dovrà recarsi in segreteria, munito di una
valida carta di identità e solo dopo aver compilato un modulo appositamente
predisposto può “vedere” il proprio voto. Ma prima dovrà mettersi in fila,
uno dopo l’altro, per arrivare da chi è incaricato di utilizzare gli archivi
così come previsto dal D.P.R. n. 318/99. Non tutto il personale di
segreteria è autorizzato all’accesso degli archivi.
In alcuni casi, lo studente dovrà ritornare a scuola e fare la stessa
trafila perché gli uffici di segreteria sono oberati in questo periodo di
lavoro inerenti i corsi di recupero estivi organizzati dalla Scuola.
E così, quel piacere di vedere il proprio voto insieme a quello degli altri
amici della stessa classe è venuto meno a partire da questo anno scolastico.
Mortificante quello di non veder gioire l’amico di banco, i genitori, i
fratelli, i docenti per il proprio voto. I voti diventano “segreti” e sui
tabelloni accanto al nome dello studente troviamo solo la dicitura «esito
positivo» e «negativo». Solo in un caso è ammesso la pubblicazione del
punteggio: quando lo studente ha ottenuto il massimo, cioè 110/110 con la
lode.
In questo caso la «Privacy» sembra non tuteli lo studente meritevole.
Eppure, secondo alcuni, anche in questo caso dovrebbe essere tutelato
l’anonimato perché potrebbe essere un continuo bettibeccare tra gli studenti
con frasi del tipo: secchione, sgobbone, stacanovista ecc… «Se il voto non
deve esserci, non dovrà apparire per nessuno». E’ quanto ci viene detto da
una studentessa.
Se da una parte non era bello vedere sui tabelloni la dicitura di
attestazione che accompagnava l’alunno disabile, portatore di handicap
grave, che aveva avuto un percorso “differenziato” nei cinque anni,
dall’altra non è gratificante questo «appiattimento culturale». Addio alla
tanto decantata «trasparenza». Per vedere punteggi parziali delle prove
scritte, del colloquio, dei crediti scolastici e del punteggio aggiuntivo
assegnato dalla commissione che ha dichiarato che il candidato può
iscriversi all’Università o alla frequenza di corsi postsecondari, dovrà
comunque fare richiesta in segreteria.
E’ terminato quel batticuore di un tempo nel vedere sul tabellone il proprio
nominativo con il voto meritato agli esami di maturità. Addio spintoni
davanti all’Istituto mentre si affiggevano i “quadri” riepilogativi degli
esami. Da questo anno scolastico è solo “mistero”. Il voto non è per tutti,
è solo per l’interessato e non dovrà essere pubblicato su nessun foglio…
Ma si sa, le Leggi cambiano e presto o tardi si ritornerà almeno a vedere il
proprio voto in una lista di amici e compagni di classe.
